How do I remove this spacing between posts?

I would start by going to postbit_legacy.. make a backup of it and start putting "aaaaaaaaaaa" at random places until you find the right spot where to remove the <br>.. Thats the easy way to do it if you have no idea of coding..

Extremely hard doing it that way. Does anyone know how to do it exactly ?
