Sorry for 2 Threads in a row admins, mods, and anyone else in charge.

I have searched the forums and I cant find any threads explaing how to advertise with rotating banners in the vbulletin CMPS(so vb advanced I believe). You see I want to be able to advertise for local businesses on my site on the home page and within the forums under the links(User CP, FAQ, Community, etc). In my admin panel there isnt a advertise module in 3.8.4, but in 4.0.1 there is. So, I have 2 questions. Is there a way to get that back with 3.8.4? And my second question is...If I cant put that module within the admin panel, how do I advertise with rotating banners? Any help with this would be sound!
