MediaWiki with vbulletin Navbar

I have a wiki setup as a supplement to my forum. I don't care about having users login via the wiki, I am only interested in making them look similar for now. For example, here is a forum:
http://forums.macrumors.com/

And here is a wiki:
http://buyersguide.macrumors.com/

Notice how the headers look identical, you as a user, you barely even notice you went to a different site. How exactly can I do this? Thanks
