Within the vBOptions in the Admin panel you can check yes or no to this option:

Allow Users to 'Ignore' Moderators

I would like to use this option but only have it so it can ignore Moderators not the Admin, as if set as it is now it makes it so you can ignore both Admin and Moderators.
Is there any file that I can edit so it makes this happen?

I dont think you can ignore an Administrator. "Moderator" title says it. So if its set to yes, then they only ignore moderators.

I tested it and yes if it is set to yes then users can ignore Admins, this is what I would like to change, for user to ignore Moderators but not Admins.
