What PM mod is vB.org using?

Curious if the PM icons and layout is a mod that's posted on the site or just custom coded? If it's a mod, can someone link me to it, I like how the PM area shows up before the settings section, I also like that the PM area has it's own icons and stands out from the rest. I'd really like to use this on my site.

Thanks HM. Love those icons. Where do I re-arrange the order of the sections in the User CP? I found what looked to be the sections in the USERCP_SHELL template, moved the appropriate code blocks, but had no effect on the display order of the groups.... Where else should I look?
