ask your host that is not a vbulletin error!

and by the way if your hosting is runing under

vbulletin 4.X wont work on it...

This is wrong on both counts.

It is a vbulletin error (no userid supplied in the query).

VB4 will run quite happily on MYSQL 5 and PHP 5.2.9.
