I'm particularly interested in where to go for:

1. Hire someone to enhance the board with certain custom features.
2. Success stories on such works.

Anyone with good experience with elance, rentacoder, Inhouse, etc. on their boards?

I read Princeton's article on How to Hire but wonder if anyone can share their experiences on how to get started with a custom board.

Any help is appreciated.
