Hi, I just want a simple rotating banner like the ones these guys are using:

Some of the rotating banner add ons I?ve seen and used, have basically no instructions, etc. Its just ridiculous to make them work. I just want it to appear exactly where those guys are having it.

Can somebody guide me how to do what those guys are using, how to install it, implement it, etc.?
