How to show similar threads before posting rules?

I would like to move "Similar threads" higher up at the end of a thread, e.g. before "posting rules". Posting rules is not important at all and similar threads should be shown before that, as it can be useful.

I had a look at Showthread template but couldnt find out where to edit.
