Is there something that list all the parts of a forum for when editing bg colors and text colors It's not a guessing game. I'm editing the color on a custom style,

I have manage to get most of the colors changed but I'm having trouble with some text. I'm trying to change the text in the nav bar below the header, that reads (Home, Quick Links, Search) and so on .
