Question on ad placement

I brought on a new advertiser and added a 468 x 60 banner to the header of my forums. I disabled the google adsense. Then I realized that wasn't a great idea so I re-enabled google. But now I have two banners up top:

What I would like to do is move the sportsbook ad so it appears right above the menu USER CP, Register, Top Posters etc.

Can anyone tell me where exactly I would have to add the code so it appears there?

I only see one ad and it appears where you said you wanted it to appear.

attach or copy & paste the code for your header template.
or your navbar template, whichever place the logo is in...

Thanks guys. I can post the code but let me rephrase it.

I want an ad to appear right above the navbar menu. To the left of the Private Message box.

Can anyone tell me where in the navbar template I would add the code?
