A lot of mods as for the mods to be "Upload the file 'ipinfo.php' to your forum root directory"
Where is this "root directory" in my cPanel FTP I don't have a folder called this.

Can anyone help me with this, thanks.

Your "Forum Root" is the base location of your forum--basically, right where your "index.php" lies. It's got your admincp, modcp, includes, and other folders in it.
