How do I allow members to change their email on CP?
Hi
I just converted a old IPB1.2 to VBB 3.8.2 we find that even with "newly registered" member after conversion, all members could not change their email address on their own control panel. Only adminustrator is able to change it any idea why please? thanks! |

1.) Check your options in AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager. More specifically the "General Permissions" section
2.) Check your settings in AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Email Options |

Is the option in their UserCP to edit their email?
If not, try 1.) re-upload all vb files overwriting your existing ones and/or 2.) create a default template by going to: AdminCP > Styles and Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > No Parent Style Still having the same problem? |
