Wordpress and vB
Hi,
I currently run Wordpress and PHPBB3 and im about to install vB - my question is - is it possible to get wordpress to post topics in a specific forum when I post news on wordpress? I currently have a plugin that does this for PHPBB3 and I'll need it to still do it on vB. Cheers! |

The second link is a reverse to what I need to achieve - Does the VB Bridge do what I need it to do?
Thanks for your help |

The bridge bridges users and you can assign WP posts to post to a forum of your choice. The reason I gave both was because it makes posting a 2 way road. You can post from either WP or your forums and they'll appear in both places. If you don't have comments enabled on WP you can get a custom permalink plugin for WP and direct the permalink to the thread.
That's basically how I have it setup on my site. |

I have the WorldWideCreations bridge installed and it works, sorta.
I want to redirect the "Comments" of the blogs on the home page to the forum. Problem is, the "comments" link now takes you to the permalink of the blog post, then if you click the "comments" link on the permalink page, it takes you to the Forums. How do I fix that so the "Comments" link on the home page takes me to the Forums? I want it to work like the "Comments" link on www.appleinsider.com |
