How do you keep track of bad/good members?
I gather that many forums will have different solutions to keep track of whats going on with members. Who is misbehaving, who is posting excellent contributions, who is asking for support, who is infracted, banned, etc.
vbulletin has various splintered functions like infractions, user notes, reputation, reports, contact form, PMs, VMs trough which How does your site keep track of what is going on? Can you find what a member has been up to after some years? |

Nice discussion topic! I'm going to start something similar on AdminAddict.
We discuss inappropriate posts in the staff forum and so far have been able to use our memory to keep members' inappropriate actions in mind. I'm sure this will become an unreliable method as time goes on. We haven't had too many problems so far, so it hasn't been a big issue. |

We don't have many 'bad' members, so usually a mod will just make a Staff thread mentioning the member and why this member should be watched. We do the same for 'good' members which the Mods are thinking may be good future Staff members.
