Can we make donation button as floating and when user donates then the donation button is hide for donators only.

Yes you can.
After they donate move them to new user group.
And put the donation button code in:

Code:

<if condition="!is_member_of($bbuserinfo, X)">
Button code
</if>

Where X is the usergroup ID.

PS. What if they want to donate again.
