I am working on a way to display calendar event as a list. This would make it easier to print and view many events at once.
Here's how it will work: 1) It will display the month, day, and year on the left. 2) The next colomn will hold the event (whats put in the subject line). 3) The next colomn will have the event information (whats put in the information box). 4) The next line will go to the next even ... etc. Since vBulletin's calendar isn't setup to use usergroups, I would like the subject line to be 'filtered'. For example: If the subject line contains the word "game", it will be printed in the games page. If it contains the word "practice", it should go on the practice page.... and so on. Finally, I would want the information to be broken up. Heres how it looks now: Event: Game vs. whomever Place: Yourtown, NY Time: 2:15pm So I would want a colomn for place and time followng the subject and date. It would look like this: October 5 2001 Game vs. whomever Yourtown, NY 2:15pm Is this possible and would anyone be able to help me with it? Thanks, -JRW |
