Is there a way/mod to take a general forum and show on all subforums?

I don't understand what you mean. You want the threads from an upper level forum to show on all of the subforums?

Yes, For example I have three forums..

bmw
Audi
General

then I have subforums under bmw and audi

bmw
-1 series
Audi
-1 Series
General

if you are in bmw, I would like it to still show general. ie.

BMW
-1 series
-general
