We own a car club forum and would like to know if it is possible to upload our 1 page PDF file so the person registering has to fill it out while registering to join the forums. It has a button to e-mail right to our membership director.

Is it possible to incorporate something like this?

Is this something the member has to fill out by hand and mail in? If so then you can either edit the "Default vBulletin welcome e-mail" to include a link to the pdf with instructions OR you can request someone here to write you a little PHP snippet that will generate an e-mail w/ the PDF attached along with instructions.

good suggestion from Nick.

though, if it's not needed to be signed by hand, you can simply add that text in the Forum Rules, they would read it... if they check the checkbox, that mean they agree, the same way they would sign a form.
