Userplane 3.7x app conversion help.

What I am asking is, would anybody be interested in trying to get these userplane apps to work for 3.7.x or higher?? It currently works for VB3.6.8 but I cant seem to get the coding right. I have attached to original apps I have gotten from Userplane.
