Is there any hack or addon to help increase the amount of votes a poll receives? IE a pop up poll or something along those lines that increases votes?

<a href="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=172155&highlight=force+users" target="_blank">Force Users to Read a Thread</a> is what my site uses... if there's a poll which I want them to vote in (usually regarding their opinion on something about the site) I can force them to VIEW the poll/thread...

Unfortunately, it doesn't force them to vote... but once they see it they almost always vote... (Some reasons they might not vote: 1) Poll is public and they're shy 2) None of the answers applies to them)
