I have a question......Is it possible to allow a user the ability to change other users and move them into a new user group??

For example, I would like to grant a couple of users the ability to move users in and out of certain usergroups. BUT I don't want them to have the ability to make themselves admins, or remove me from being an Admin. Is this possible??

Suggestions?

I think i saw this functionality in VbPlaza, its a premium product now but in that members can buy stuff and transfer ppl to other usergroups..
