Hi
I would like to allow my moderators to edit profiles within my forum. Is this possible with a hack? I don't really want to give them access to the Control Pannel. Thanks |

All it should take is editing/hacking of the Mod CP...
I just don't know how. Can anyone help? I'd like to be able to restrict what fields they can edit as well (like Usergroup obviously!) |

Merk has created a hack that allows mods to edit access masks. He's working on another to allow them to edit styles in forums they control.

Not access masks or anything like that..
Profile fields, like Title and Avatar In my case, specifically avatar, title and a custom profile field. |

Ah, never mind... managed it myself.
And with no PHP knowledge either! Just a lot of copy/paste, followed by digging through everything looking for functions and syntax, then made slight edits to alot of things. If anyone REEEEALY wants it, email me and we'll talk. Hackwise though, it's pretty clumsy. |
