hi

some user can not login..!
when , some user log in , into the forum they see the login information is blank and request login information again..!

my Cookie settings is :

my problem is not this..!

some users login into the site ... but Cookie isnot save and user must be login again ..!

Most likely, your users need to login from the URL set in Site URL options (i.e. no "www"). You can fix this by redirecting the traffic to that domain (removing or adding the "www"). Search Google for "yes-www" or "no-www".
