Similar to vBISpy - AJAX real-time feed of new posts/threads
And: Live Topic (showthread AJAX real time)

I would like to request a modification for real-time update of forumdisplay.php with AJAX.

Preferably with member group permissions, so that larger boards can use the function for certain member groups, while keeping server load under control.
