what format is the logo in to get a transparent background you can only use .png and .gif (these are the most common) jpeg,jpg,bmp do not support transparent backgrounds

If you pm me a link to your site and the logo your using I will take a look at it (will need to look at it later today though I'm currently working) but I'll see if we can resolve this for you there might be a simple solution to this problem. Outlay the issues your having and what image your using via pm.
