Flash Navigation Help

ok iv skinned my vb but im having an issue maybe some one can help iv built the flash navigation for the top iv put the code it but the flash will not display??


this is the code im using for the navigation

basically there is 3 images right side image { flash nav ) left side image

but i just dont know why its will not show up??
