Forum Homepage
Hello.
Is there any way to make the forum homepage NOT look like the typical forum listing page? For example, I would like to install vB on my site's main directory. I would not like my site's main directory to be the typical forum index page, I'd like it completely customized to look like a website yet integrated with vB to show some latest posts etc. Is this possible? Also, while I'm at it, is it possible to add actual pages within vBulletin? (I know what you're thinking, am I trying to use vB as a CMS? Absolutely not...just trying to get the most out of it.) |

You may code your own homepage. You should read these articles - How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates) or [How-To] vBulletin API Basics: Creating Custom Pages & Misc.

Hm, how can I make the site basically not go to forumhome.php as the index file basically?

Rename index.php to whatever, and in the Admin CP (vBulletin Options > Forum Home Options), change the option specifying what the name of your forum home file is.
