Have a think about it - is the content inside of a PM really that confidential? Is there a need for this?

You need to store the encryption code and the encrypted data in the same database. The admin could just as easily figure out what as being store if they wanted to.
If you have some reason to not store the encryption key and assume the users know it, then vbulletin isn't really what you should be using. |
