Tagged system, like on vb.org
I am curious about the tagged system that is used here, as in, "tag this mod". I know if functions as a bookmark or as a way to look at stuff that you might be interested in later.
The thing is I cant seem to figure out if this is a core feature or a modification. I understand vB 3.7 HAS a tagging feature, but it doesnt appear to offer this functionality.......or am I just being dense and missing it? |

That is not a default vbulletin feature. It was coded for vb.org

So is it safe to say nobody has cloned this functionality yet?

I really don't know. There is a Modification System that 'copies' the whole look of the Mods forums and this function may be in there, but I've never really looked too closely at that mod.

Yeah I saw that in my travels too. A bit more code then I need for the feature. There is also one that adds similar functionality but it has a security issue and also makes core edits.
Ah well, it was worth a ask. Sometimes things are right in front of your eyes. |
