Postbit Specific to Style Chosen
Howdy!
My forum uses "Postbit Legacy". However, I'm trying to create a skin that if you choose it, it will use a "standard"/horizontal Postbit. I've tried to cut-n-paste the "postbit" and paste it into the "postbit legacy" template but since the forum is set to "postbit legacy", it's missing some functionality. Has anyone successfully done this? If so, what is your template? |

What functionality is it missing?
I'm currently doing it with no problems (this method is actually reverse of what you've done, but i don't think it'd make much difference?) I have my option set to use legacy postbit to no. Then I have 2 skins. The first skin makes use of the "postbit" template. The second skin (child skin of first) has the "postbit_legacy" template copied over the "postbit" template and everything works fine for both skins. |

Seems like doing the cut and paste will only show the user's name and leaves out the location, number of posts and such. I'll have another peek.
