1- under topic : BB code is On Smilies are On [IMG] code is On HTML code is Off i want : HTML code is on --------- 2- i want Allow Link BB Code for admin or moderator. disable for register user. ??? -tanx |

Is there any specific reason why you want to enable HTML? There are security risks doing that - most of the time, a modification that utilises BB code will cover your needs, and be much safer.

HTML is turned on per forum. So, you will need to go to Forum Manager > select forum to edit > Allow HTML > Yes You can not do it on a per usergroup bases. Please see this regarding turning this feature on:

I always use the redirect html code on people's boards to show them the danger of it. Then, I notify the administrator of what I done and tell them to fix it.

Default vB does not allow you to only allow some usergroups to use BBCode. There may be a modification for it in the Modification forums though.
