Hi,

sorry if this is a mod already, but i searched and cannot find it. I need a mod where i can allow users to RECIEVE PM's (such as infraction notifications) but NOT send PM's.

i need this for v3.6 if possible

What users are you trying to stop from sending an email (i.e. all, a certain group, etc...)?

I managed to get it so users can only PM the admin
