Is there a mod that allow notices to start and end on a specific date?

Is there a mod that will allow me to create a new vb "notice" that starts and ends on a specific date? A timed notice seems to be the only option missing from the default vb settings.

I did a few searches, but I didn't see any so far. If there's one, could you point me in the right direction.

Actually, those two don't really do what I was looking for, but I did find a post where one of the coders mentioned they were looking into a date based notice:

To clarify, what I'm looking for is the ability to have a notice start on December 1 2008 and run until December 30, 2008 (basically to be able to set the start date and end date of the notice)
