Most noticable: You've got large voids in your homepage content. I would suggest looking at layout modifications to pull the content closer together and reduce the page's over-all vertical length.

Suggestion: Increase your Title's font size. "Welcome Home" for example is smaller then the body text associated with the welcome.

Why ask for a review then?

I would say you need to realy look into some way of visually seperating the content on the front page. It looks scattered as it stands now. There is no visual flow for the eye to follow, no start/end to sections. There is no focus/focal point, it goes against the natural way our brains/eyes focus.
