Optimal MYSQL.ini settings
lm currently in the process of reinstalling a dedicated server l run, however lm looking for optimal settings for the mysql.ini
the site l run is pretty large and is very database intensive, the community has over 10,000 members and just as many posts, we also run a few other forums which arnt as active however we require reasonable settings to allow for the server to tick over on its usual low load (we had mysql issues eating at the ram and processing speed) the server is a: Opteron 170 - 2.0 Ghz with 2GB of ram |
