Post update via Phpmyadmin

When i update a post via phpmyadmin, it doesnt seem to show that in real post, however when i edit or quote the post the edited content is displayed. Am i doing something wrong? Please let me know

You shouldn't perform direct edits on the database.

If you want to perform direct edits, you should use the Data Managers (you can find information about them by searching the vBulletin Manual).

The post caching probably. The BBCode is parsed and saved to another table, to save re-parsing it every time the post is displayed.

So can i know the table where it is cached and how to update the cache of post via phpmyadmin

Look for it in your database, I don't know it off the top of my head.

You can also find the option to disable post caching by looking through the AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options page. However its not recommended for large boards.

Solved i found out the cached table was vb_postparsed
