One of my moderator merge a lot similar threads, the threads its few months old,

many thread that list by google its missing because of this!!!

i dont want Moderator cannot edit/merge/move thread again with 1 month old or more thread/post

is there setting or hack to do this???

You can restrict his permissions. I have not seen a modification to only disallow after 1 month.
