I figured it out and yes lynne, It was something built into vbulletin. RSS feeds.

You should have posted an image - that forum requires you to login and no one wants to register just to see what you are talking about.

You can get a feed to post in a forum of your choice in your Admin CP > RSS Feeds. Is that not what you are talking about? You just need to input the feed urls yourself.
