New Theme
When I install a new theme, how can I apply all the template modifications made by MODs to the new theme? Or do I have to install all my MODs again?

Modifications only need to be reinstalled if they made changes to templates in their install code.
You could try to set your new style as a child style of a style in which the templates are already changed, otherwise you will need to redo the changes in your new style. |
