Any Ideas- You are not authorized to view this page
Hello geeks and I mean that as a compliment...
I am trying to install something and when ever I try to run the install script from inside the admincp/ directory I get the following... ---------- You are not authorized to view this page The URL you attempted to reach has an ISAPI or CGI application installed that verifies user credentials before proceeding. This application cannot verify your credentials. ----------- I believe this is a server using windows but I have not checked yet. I figured I would ask here first... Any ideas on this? Thanks, Rich |

I don't remember any install scripts being located in the AdminCP directory...
It doesn't look like a vBulletin error, it'd probably be best to contact your host. They could at least point you in the right direction. |

As Opserty has said, this error is caused by the web server daemon, in this case, IIS.
