In a member profile, how can I change the iCash tab to FPoints as those are what they are called on my forum...

it must be a phrase, simply edit it through Language & Phrases

I edited all of them to FPoints from iCash, still no luck. I searched for Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name

It looks like a template edit.. did you search templates too? try a template search for that word.. or just check the mod when u installd if it had edits or etc.
Also not sure but you might have edited any php files for vbulletin core.. so just double check those too.
