Default Remove Registration Text, instead place a flash video....
I want to remove the standard forum rules box with text in it, and instead place a flash video that goes over basic posting rules etc.

It should be as easy as removing the code that creates that text box with the rules in it, but I can't seem to find it.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
