Some of the users on my forum are complaining about a "Torrentlounge" pop up log in window. I myself have never experienced this problem, probably because i am an admin.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?

Ask them which page they were looking at. It is most likely a posted image that requires authentication. You will need to edit it out.
