When i moved my site all ASC II Codes Went corrupt in the threads ,

Also move your Avatars, Attachments and Albums to a File System if not already

Honestly, Apache 2, PHP 5 and MySQL 5 should be a standard by now. Unless it's a heavily modified Apache 1.x configuration, there's really no reason not to upgrade.
