where is the mod that will highlight a forum or a thread in the list when the mouse moves over it? and when clicked will take you to either the forum or the thread?

I'm looking for this as well or the CSS code. I found a VB site, but cannot find it anymore. They use a technique to highlight the forum thread background when you hover over it. Pretty cool.

If I find it, I'll post it as an example of what I am looking for. Time to stir the pasta....see ya.
