3.6.X Smiley-Grouping

Hello,

since forums are full of smilies I am searching for a small mod: Smileygrouping.
Simple and Easy: since you can fill smilies into groups, I would like to have these groups ordered in the smilies-selector, where I can collapse all groups to have my Smilies at hand that I want to use.
So ppl that only want to use the "general" smilies, can collapse/expand the rest like they want. This also keeps the traffic lower and the window smaller :-)

I will need this for 3.6.X but I believe in 3.7.X it would be nice to have too.
