Hacked Help
Well, my site, VMKAdventure.com, was hacked a while ago. While I don't have intentions to reopen the site, I would like to retrieve the content I have in there. The link is in my sig - it's a simple hacking script, but all of the site content is still there. For a while you couldn't even access this page, or my other site which is hosted on the same server - this was because the script that you currently see was placed in the .htaccess apparently. I just found it and deleted it, so now my (unhacked) site is available... but VMKA still appears hacked. Does anyone have any thoughts on where this script might be located? As in a file in the FTP, a template, etc.
Thanks for any help or insight. -Skip |

Try the index.html file for your root on that domain.

Where is this file located? I can't seem to find it.

It seems like it is thanking you for registering with what ever. So it would be in the root of where ever the VMKAdventure domain is pointing too.

Or maybe there is no index.html file?

I certainly can't seem to find one in my FTP. What exactly is the root? The domain goes to my vbAdvanced homepage, but I can't seem to find anything there...

Reupload your vBulletin / vBA / Other modification files. That should fix your problem.
