How do I set up our forum so the first post in a thread will repeat on each page of the thread like the mod threads do here?

Is it done with a mod or something in vBulletin that I have not discovered yet?

Can it be set up to only work within certain forums? Or set up so only admin can post that type of thread?

Like this? First post on every page of thread.

Search "every" "All Mods" "Titles Only"

Installed and working. Only downside ... I wish there was a way to limit whose threads include the repeating first message.
