Display news thread on a Wordpress
Hi,
I want display new VB threads and have them display on a Wordpress blog? I was thinking that I might need a WP plugin for this, but maybe there's another way? Please.. WP plugin o maybe a Mods? |

it is actually not possible, and hardly doable with the actual structure of both seperate softwares...
would require a heavily custom page on WP! |

I am not sure if it's what you're looking for but I do this at my website.
Our blog (http://blogfeeds.webtalkforums.com/) grabs the latest threads from our vbulletin forum and posts them, to do this, we use feedwordpess (http://projects.radgeek.com/feedwordpress). Install and activate that wordpress plugin, then add your forum feed, ie; http://www.yourdomain.com/external.php |

Does the feedwordpress plugins have a sidebar widget out of the box or are you combining multiple plugins to get the sidebar functionality? Thanks for sharing your setup! |

Yes, pulling the feeed into WP should be the easiest way.

The sidebar has nothing to do with feedwordpress, it's manual custom coded by me.
